Nature of the service
The service is local companionship and cultural support in public places. It is not a travel package, dating or escort service, nightlife hosting, specialist interpreting, medical, legal or emergency support.
Requests and agreement
Submitting the form is only a request. No booking or contract is confirmed until Rio has reviewed the details and both sides have clearly agreed on the place, date, time, scope and direct costs.
Costs and tips
There is no fixed service fee during the pilot. You pay agreed direct costs such as Rio’s transport, admission, ticket, food or drink expenses. Any tip is optional and chosen after the outing.
Bookings and purchases
You normally book and purchase your own transport, accommodation, restaurant reservations and tickets. Rio does not combine or sell travel products.
Changes and cancellation
Please communicate changes promptly. You remain responsible for non-refundable direct costs already agreed and purchased. Rio may stop or cancel an outing because of safety, illegal conduct, harassment, intoxication, false information or a request outside the agreed scope.
Safety and limits
Meetings take place in public. No private rooms or homes, dangerous or illegal requests, unaccompanied minors, guaranteed venue entry or emergency response. Follow local law and venue rules at all times.
Responsibility
Tokyo involves ordinary travel risks, schedule changes and venue decisions outside Rio’s control. Each person remains responsible for their health, belongings, insurance and personal decisions.
